Mediator of labor and commercial disputes

I attended the in-person training "Freelancing as Illegal Employment: Where Are the Boundaries?" in Veľká Lomnica. I especially appreciate the professional approach of JUDr. Lukajka, which stems from his experience at the labor inspection office, as well as from representing clients in subsequent court disputes. The training was understandable, based on specific case studies and real-life practical situations. The lower number of participants allowed for interaction and discussion, which I consider a big plus. I also positively evaluate the organization and the choice of location, which is more accessible for participants from eastern Slovakia. The training has a clear practical benefit for practice, and I would recommend it to anyone who actually deals with setting up "business cooperation on a freelance basis."
