I attended a training session with Mr. Lukajka on "Employee and Employer Responsibilities in 2026." I especially appreciate the seamless explanation of a demanding topic that could easily fill a whole day. Even in just over three hours, we covered a lot, and it was primarily focused on practical, concrete matters and how to avoid potential mistakes. So, it wasn't just reading paragraphs from the Labor Code, but valuable practical information, from what a contract should look like, what to watch out for, and what not to forget. The information on inspections by the National Labour Inspectorate was also valuable. Despite the extensive topic, Mr. Lukajka patiently answered our questions. For specific cases, he explained how the given problem should be solved so as not to violate the rights of either the employee or the employer. Therefore, it will certainly not be the last training session I attend with Mr. Lukajka.
