Za\u010d\u00edna t\u00fdm, ako s\u00fa&nbsp;<strong>rozdelen\u00e9 povinnosti, kto kontroluje dodr\u017eiavanie pravidiel, \u010di vedenie toleruje nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 postupy&nbsp;<\/strong>a v akom stave sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa stroje a ochrann\u00e9 zariadenia. Ak d\u00f4jde k po\u0161kodeniu zdravia,<strong>&nbsp;vy\u0161etrovanie sa nemus\u00ed skon\u010di\u0165 iba kontrolou firmy a ulo\u017een\u00edm pokuty.<\/strong>Pol\u00edcia a in\u0161pektor\u00e1t pr\u00e1ce m\u00f4\u017eu preverova\u0165 konkr\u00e9tne rozhodnutia a opomenutia konate\u013ea, riadite\u013ea, ved\u00faceho prev\u00e1dzky, majstra, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9ho technika alebo inej osoby, ktor\u00e1 mala nebezpe\u010denstvu zabr\u00e1ni\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rozhoduj\u00face nemus\u00ed by\u0165 iba to, \u010do m\u00e1 osoba uveden\u00e9 v pracovnej zmluve. Posudzuje sa tie\u017e jej skuto\u010dn\u00e9 postavenie, pr\u00e1vomoci, odborn\u00e9 povinnosti, mo\u017enos\u0165 zasiahnu\u0165 a to, \u010di o nebezpe\u010dnom stave vedela alebo vedie\u0165 mala.&nbsp;<strong>Zanedbanie kontroly, tolerovanie nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho postupu alebo ignorovanie technick\u00e9ho nedostatku m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k pokute, n\u00e1hrade \u0161kody, strate funkcie alebo trestn\u00e9mu st\u00edhaniu.&nbsp;<\/strong>Osobitne sa zameriame na bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 strojov a pr\u00edpravu na nariadenie (E\u00da) 2023\/1230, ktor\u00e9 sa za\u010dne v\u0161eobecne uplat\u0148ova\u0165&nbsp;<strong>20. janu\u00e1ra 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na konkr\u00e9tnych pr\u00edpadoch si uk\u00e1\u017eeme,&nbsp;<strong>kto m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 osobne zodpovedn\u00fd, \u010do mu re\u00e1lne hroz\u00ed a ak\u00e9 opatrenia m\u00e1 prija\u0165 e\u0161te pred kontrolou alebo vy\u0161etrovan\u00edm<\/strong>. Za \u010do zodpoved\u00e1 \u0161tatut\u00e1rny org\u00e1n a za \u010do ved\u00faci zamestnanec<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rozdelenie \u00faloh, pr\u00e1vomoc\u00ed a kontroly. Ako m\u00f4\u017eu prv\u00e9 vyjadrenia ovplyvni\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie konanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 strojov a zodpovednos\u0165 mana\u017ementu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ozna\u010denie CE, vyhl\u00e1senie o zhode, n\u00e1vody, ochrann\u00e9 zariadenia, \u00fadr\u017eba, kontroly a zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy. Kto zodpoved\u00e1 za n\u00e1kup, uvedenie do prev\u00e1dzky, \u00fapravu a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvanie stroja. Nariadenie (E\u00da) 2023\/1230 stanovuje nov\u00e9 povinnosti: postavenie v\u00fdrobcu, dovozcu, distrib\u00fatora a prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013ea, digit\u00e1lna dokument\u00e1cia, softv\u00e9r a podstatn\u00e1 zmena stroja. \u010co by mali zodpovedn\u00e9 osoby preveri\u0165 e\u0161te pred 20. janu\u00e1rom 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. \u010co m\u00f4\u017ee zodpovednej osobe re\u00e1lne hrozi\u0165<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokuta, trestn\u00e9 st\u00edhanie, z\u00e1kaz \u010dinnosti, n\u00e1hrada \u0161kody, nemajetkov\u00e1 ujma, regresn\u00e9 n\u00e1roky a po\u0161kodenie profesion\u00e1lnej reput\u00e1cie. Pr\u00edpadov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie ods\u00faden\u00fdch ved\u00facich zamestnancov a \u0161tatut\u00e1rov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.
